Q: Can you do the design for us?

A: Yes. We have a professional team having rich experience in plastic packaging box design and manufacturing. Just tell us your ideas and we will help to carry out your ideas into perfect plastic boxes. It does not matter if you do not have someone to complete files. Send us high resolution images, your Logo and text and tell us how you would like to arrange them. We will send you finished files for confirmation.
Q: What’s your MOQ for branded products?

A: Face paint can be retailed with hot seal packing and no cardboard packing box. If you want to private label, the MOQ (Minimum order quantity ) is 500 sets.
Q: Can I buy 100-200 pcs for the first order?

A: Yes, but we only accept selling the prompt goods, that is product in our brand name without private label.
Q: How can I get a sample to check your quality?

A: After price confirmation, you can require for samples to check our quality.
If you just need a blank sample to check the design and quality, we will provide you sample for free, as long as you afford the express freight.
Q: How long can I expect to get the sample?

A: After you pay the sample charge and send us confirmed files, the samples will be ready for delivery in 3-7 days. The samples will be sent to you via express and arrive in 3-5 days. You can use your own express account or prepay us if you do not have an account.
Q: Terms of payment?

A: We accept payment as the following, 30% T/T deposit, 70% balance before delivery. 100% TT in advance, Western Union/ Paypal for small amount payment.
Q: If we have questions after purchase, can we consult with you?

A: Absolutely. Consultation is free. Our success depends upon your success. We want to earn your reorders, referrals, and endorsement. And we do understand that these are earned before they are given.
